In 1988, I graduated from medical university at Yerevan, Armenia, as a general physician. From 1998 to 2003, I ran an orthopedic clinic that was established with my father, who was an orthopedic surgeon. From 2003 to 2004, I took classes for doctor’s qualifications for manual therapy and worked in a hospital from 2004 until 2011, when I moved to Canada. Then from 2012-2014, I studied at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, since then I’ve worked as a massage therapist in different rehabilitation facilities. Due to my medical background and manual therapy practice, which is close to chiropractors profession in Canada, I pay attention to the root of problems and approach the case as a doctor. Because of my previous profession, where we used to work mostly with the spine, I still maintain the same approach to issues.
