Neel Shah earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India, where she was awarded gold medal for both her graduate and post-graduate studies. After having worked for 4 years in the field of Physiotherapy in a multidisciplinary clinic treating various musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, geriatric conditions, paediatric conditions, cardio-pulmonary conditions, she came to Canada to pursue her Physiotherapy career. She attained a post graduate certificate in Digital Health from Mohawk with Honour’s.
She believes in evidence-based approach in the rehabilitation involving functional exercises, hands on techniques and modalities to improve the quality of life of her clients. Her passion for assisting people is matched by her desire to improve and provide exceptional care along with humour, empathy and genuine approach for long term wellness. She has special interest in acupuncture and dry needling, manipulation, pelvic floor muscle assessment and rehabilitation, women’s health, neurological conditions, concussions, and paediatrics.
In her leisure time, she love spending time with family/friends, doing Yoga and cooking new cuisines.
